Thank you for your interest in Mini Mops

We’d like to thank you for visiting Mini Mops, Inc. in regards to your housecleaning needs. Our company has been locally owned and operated since 1975, and now a second generation has joined the family business and is upholding the tradition of quality service.
 
We work in crews of four, and we provide all the supplies and equipment needed. If you prefer us to use your own products we are happy to accommodate you as long as the products are within our insurance and CAL-OSHA limitations.
 
We are proud to provide you with letters of recommendation from a few of our satisfied clients. We are also members of the Better Business Bureau; you may call them to check on our work as well. If you should decide not to hire Mini Mops Inc., we hope that you will be sure to check the references of whomever you choose to work in your home.
 
Customer satisfaction has always been - and continues to be - our top priority. Our crews are trained to provide the highest level of efficiency in cleaning your home, and our Quality Control personnel ensure that the job is getting done thoroughly and to your satisfaction. If you should ever have a complaint in regards to the work being done, we ask that you contact us immediately so that we have the opportunity to correct the problem.

What exactly do you want done?

Most clients want at least the kitchen and bathrooms professionally cleaned. Some want a lot more. Here’s a sampling of the service we can happily provide:

• scrub tile and no-wax floors (on our hands and knees); wash, dry and treat wood floors; vacuum carpet
• thoroughly clean countertops, including grout
• clean outside surface of cabinets, using a toothbrush to detail the handles if needed
• wash outside surfaces of appliances, also the inside of microwaves … and even the oven upon special request
• clean and degrease stove hood and back-splash areas
• thoroughly clean and disinfect toilets, using acid to remove tough stains if needed
• scrub and sanitize tubs and showers
• scour sinks and polish plumbing fixtures
• clean mirrors, streak-free
• clean light fixtures
• dust mini-blinds and vacuum curtains/drapes
• vacuum upholstered furniture, including under cushions
• dust furniture with Endust or your preferred furniture polish, including picture frames and knickknacks upon request
• clean woodwork (doorframes, baseboards, windowsills, ledges, etc.)
• remove cobwebs
• dust and clean ceiling fans

 Due to health considerations and OSHA requirements, we are unable to:

• empty or clean trash receptacles
• clean-up after pets (food or waste/litter)
